Welcome to the Western Washington University Formula SAE Website. Western Washinton University is located in Bellingham, WA in the beautiful northwest. The Formula SAE team operates within the Vehicle Research Institute (VRI), one of the finest facilities of its kind in the country. The enthusiastic students on the Formula team have worked hard for many years here at WWU and have created many racecars that compete in Detroit, MI every May.
